Biography
With a skillful and energetic approach to keyboard styling, Jeff's writing and recordings have made him a respected pianist, arranger and recording artist with every major publisher in the country. Not only is he a writer of church music, but has performed on a recording for Disney and has arranged for artists like Marvin Hamlisch.
He is the creative mind behind the four piano recording and current concert tour, A Festival of Keyboards! with Stephen Nielson, Ovid Young and Jerry Anderson. Other publications include numerous solo piano, piano/organ duets, synthesizer/piano duets, multiple keyboards and various other books for instrumental solos.
From the first piano lesson at the age of 6, Jeff acquired a love for the keyboard that continues to flourish today. Bennett combined his musical interests with his college studies and earned a Bachelor of Music from Ouachita Baptist University. He continued his education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Arts Degree.
Jeff has served as a worship leader in several local churches in Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri; and has had many opportunities to share his God-given talents with others. Throughout the year, he leads Master Classes in arranging and keyboard skills, and performs concerts throughout the United States.
Jeff resides in Springfield, Missouri with his wife, Sarah, and teenage daughters, Catie and Kristen.
